Pink Gin

What is Pink Gin? Traditionally it was made up of Plymouth Gin and Angostura Bitters, the bitters, being dark red in colour attributed to its pink colouring.

Nowadays, pink gin is typically flavoured with summer fruits, berries and grapefruit, however there are still some bottles out there made the traditional way.

Pink gin usually tastes sweeter than a traditional gin, this is thanks to the infused fruit, however if it's still not sweet enough, we recommend a red fruit garnish, plus plenty of lemonade.

Pink gin is also fantastic in cocktails, with rosewater, grapefruit and sharp citrus allowing for a zingy summer drink.
