Our Wild Berry Liqueur is based on a recipe found in the John Crabbie archive. We infuse our original 1837 recipe with Scottish raspberries and blackcurrants to provide a sweet fruit filled flavour. The addition of ginger to the recipe harks back to the exotic fruits and spices that inspired John Crabbie's recipes.
