Rose Wine
Rose wine, a blend of green and black grapes, fruitier and softer than a red wine, yet more full flavoured than a white, this clever wine meets somewhere in the middle.
Rose wine tends to be a flat, still wine, however, there are some on the market with a gentle fizz, take the Mateus for example, this wonderful wine, light pink in colour, with gentle bubbles is absolutely perfect for drinks with friends, or with most starters and mains.
A lot of rose wine is perfect for use in spritzers.
Simply take a tall, or hi-ball glass, add rose wine, top up with lemonade and add ice or fruit if you wish. Perfect!
