Cleverly created by a coming together of whisky making mastery and special colour expertise and insight, this single malt celebrates both The Macallan’s true commitment to natural colour and the intricate and complex whisky making process.
The Macallan range is shaped from time spent in the very best casks; maturing, nurturing and developing character.
The bold shade of purple was uniquely created by the colour masters over at the Pantone Colour Institute™ 
 
Taste & Nose
Sage and citrus, sweet fruits and sugar laced toffee, mingle with chopped, toasted nuts, the warmth of black pepper dusted fruits and a little honey. Finished with toffee, butterscotch, hints of lemon, perhaps limes and a touch of mountainous conifers. Delightful!
Colour, sunlit barley.
 
Private Collection Whisky Condition:
Bottle: Immaculate, no signs of wear, good fill line (into neck)
Box: Slight crease to outer box

Our private collections and aged whisky ranges are sold as seen, with many sourced from private collections.
Although the majority of our sourced items are immaculate, some might have a little wear and tear, minimal damage or age related knocks, or scuffs.
Any imperfections will be listed in the description, with more information, additional pictures or videos available on request.
You are also able to view the product in person by visiting our retail shop, however, please call ahead if you wish to do so, as the majority of our vintage and aged products are not kept on site.
