Crabbies Ginger Liqueur is a based on a recipe from 1842; the ginger is steeped for six weeks and mixed with bitter orange, calamus root, liquorice root, star anise and clove to create a spicy warming liqueur. Best served ice cold, savoured neat over ice or try with your favourite mixer.
